Getting a Custom Color request for Alucobond Material
is a simple three-step process:

- If matching a NEW Custom Color, send in a physical sample of the color to be matched to the Alucobond contact referenced below. A color sample on metal is preferred, but color samples on paper, plastic, or even an old piece of Alucobond are acceptable.
- If matching to an Alucobond Color ID number, or other paint manufacturer's ID number, this needs to be indicated or confirmed with the Alucobond Contact listed below.
- For NEW Custom Colors, your Alucobond color specialist will contact the coil coating paint suppliers with the match request, and they will develop the custom color samples, which are specially formulated for Alucobond. There is normally a two-week lead time for sample color development.
- Upon return of the color match from the paint supplier, the formulations are reviewed prior to shipment to you for final approval. For your convenience, the samples are sent to you via overnight courier.
Once you approve, your Alucobond team will take care of the rest.
