Interior Design<\/a><\/em> magazine held its 17th<\/sup> Annual Best of Year Awards<\/a> ceremony in Manhattan on December 8, 2022. ALUCOBOND\u00ae PLUS was named Honoree in the Entertainment category for the eye-catching and innovative design of the University of Texas Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project highlight is the visually-stunning, signature Texas Longhorn symbol which is clad with ALUCOBOND\u00ae PLUS in Custom UT Burnt Orange.  To achieve the look, ALUCOBOND\u00ae PLUS in Rusted Metal and Pure White was utilized, and ALUCOBOND\u00ae AXCENT\u2122 was fabricated for trim. Designed by Populous<\/a>, the popular sports venue is both functional and striking; the stadium now holds additional fan capacity including premium seating, as well as, a new training facility and offices spaces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
