However, its unique trim lines, expansive windows and existing masonry offered a challenge and required a designer\u2019s eye and a craftsman\u2019s approach to replacing the siding. Beyond these surface-level details, it was also a priority to select a cladding system \u2013 including a rainscreen \u2013 that would deliver moisture control and meet fire performance requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur client wanted to give their house a facelift.
