The new International Spy Museum in Washington, D.C., features a total of 23,300 square feet of 4mm ALUCOBOND® Plus aluminum composite material by 3A Composites USA, including: 10,800 square feet of Custom Grey Velvet Mica and 12,500 square feet of Custom Spy Dark Grey.

New York Based Architects Modernize Research University Building with an Envelope of ALUCOBOND® Cladding

Ashley McGraw Architects were recently tasked with the renovation of Binghamton University’s Science IV building which houses the Universities renowned Psychology Department. The existing reinforced concrete facility constructed in 1973 underwent a two-part retrofit; in the summer of 2018 phase one was completed to reveal  a new Alucobond® cladding facade and partial interior renovation and design. Phase two will consist of completing the interior and an expansion of the Science IV building.

Peter Marino Designs Luxury Bespoke Building in the Heart of Manhattan’s Art District

The Getty by Peter Marino is a 12-story Mixed-Use building now home to Lehmann Maupin’s second New York gallery, along with the Hill Art Foundation, and 5 Bespoke residential units. The stunning building is located in the West Chelsea Neighborhood and overlooks the High Line, a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail.

New Zealand Residential Tower Wows With Various ALUCOBOND PLUS Custom Colors

New Zealand-based architects Jasmax have a guiding philosophy that states, “Design has the power to inspire the spirit.” Their design of the New Lynn Merchant Quarter Apartments is a testament to that philosophy. Sitting in Auckland, the bold façade underwent a series of restrictions related to its height, specifically the building’s visual impact on the area’s residents. Prompting the architects to design a bold but elegant building in an area that is characterized by low-rise buildings.

Architects Design Striking Mixed Use Residential Building In Sought After New Jersey Neighborhood

In Downtown Jersey City sits the area’s latest luxury apartment complex, the Quinn. The 16-story building, in the Paulus Hook neighborhood, sits on the Hudson River waterfront. The project’s developer, Fields Development Group, is also responsible for another luxury complex in Paulus Hook, the Lenox. Sitting across from the Lenox, the Quinn features over 150 residential units with nearly 4,000 feet of ground level retail space.
