In Downtown Jersey City sits the area’s latest luxury apartment complex, the Quinn. The 16-story building, in the Paulus Hook neighborhood, sits on the Hudson River waterfront. The project’s developer, Fields Development Group, is also responsible for another luxury complex in Paulus Hook, the Lenox. Sitting across from the Lenox, the Quinn features over 150 residential units with nearly 4,000 feet of ground level retail space.

Opened in May of 2018, City Centre 2 is the latest envisioned component of Lark Group’s Health and Technology District. The 185,000 square foot LEED Gold building sits just north of Surrey Memorial Hospital and is part of the rapidly growing health and technology sector in B.C.
The nearby Pakhra River inspired the design for the Riviera Shopping Mall and Entertainment Center in Podolsk, Russia. The colossal retail complex is nearly 915,000 square feet and features a variety of fashion, leisure and dining experiences.

The Nike NYC Garage is an exceptionally modern interpretation of the traditional parking structure. Offering 1900 parking spaces for Nike employees at the Portland Campus, the project was uniquely designed by SRG Partnership to give off New York vibes.
In Kaunas, Lithuania, the SiTis Business Center stands out with its impressive three-dimensional façade. Lead architect Rytis Račiūnas of nebrau.com studio in Lithuania designed the commercial office structure. Kaunas is the second largest city in Lithuania and is seen as a cultural and academic epicenter. New architecture competes with historically significant interwar Art Deco style structures, dating back to the 1920s.
