3A Composites USA recently recognized esteemed team member Mary Aloisio with the company’s two highest sales honors, 2022 Team Player of the Year and Sales Person of the Year for the Architectural Division.
The ALUCOBOND® Team Player of the Year award is determined by a cross-functional group of peers that chooses a member of the architecture sales team who embodies the company’s core values of integrity, accountability, value creation, customer focus, team, continuous improvement, humility and respect, and drive.
“Mary Aloisio is a highly-valued and well-respected member of the ALUCOBOND team.,” said Nick Scheib, general manager, Architectural Division, 3A Composites Americas. The 3A Composites’ mission is to create value with partnered customers and grow our businesses together. “Mary brings high energy and a relentless commitment to delivering solutions to her customers – not only does she consistently manage to address pressing, short term needs, she ultimately identifies opportunities to apply her learnings and drive improvements across our entire business.”
Aloisio — whose territory includes Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama for the ALUCOBOND brand of products — also earned the title of Sales Person of the Year. The award is earned by the sales person who has generated the greatest number of pipeline opportunities and driven the largest percentage of growth and increase in sales volume year-over-year.
“Since joining our team three years ago, Mary has more than doubled her territory,” explained Scheib. “Trained as a civil engineer, she brings a detailed, deliberate and holistic methodology to meeting customer needs. This approach has uniquely equipped her to create new customer relationships while continuing to strengthen existing accounts.”
