3A Composites Americas Recognizes 2025 Sales Award Winners for Excellence and Leadership

Annual Honors Celebrate Outstanding Contributions from Sales and Support Teams

3A Composites Americas is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 annual sales awards, honoring outstanding achievement across its Architectural and Display, Industry & Transport (DI&T) divisions. This year’s top honors go to Nate German, named Architectural Salesperson of the Year, and Erika Smythe, named DI&T Salesperson of the Year.

These awards recognize the individuals who live our core values and represent the very best of 3A Composites Commercial Divisions,” said Nick Scheib, president, 3A Composites Americas. “Their commitment to our customers, leadership in the field and dedication to excellence are what allow us to remain a trusted partner in the industries we serve. I am incredibly proud of what this group has accomplished.”

Architectural Division Honorees

Nate German earned the double distinction of being named both Architectural Salesperson of the Year and Architectural Team Player of the Year. Following a year of significant growth, German led the division across several key performance areas, including revenue growth. Simultaneously, he was recognized by his peers for his leadership, integrity, commitment to continuous improvement and accountability.

“Nate has shown incredible dedication and a strategic approach that has truly moved the needle for our division and the entire organization,” said Mike Marushka, vice president of sales, Architectural Division. “To be recognized by both leadership for sales results and by his peers as a team player speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.”

Additional Architectural Division Winners:

Sales Support Player of the Year: Dyane Poynor, customer service lead, was selected by the sales team. This award recognizes the support member who best exhibits the company’s core values while helping the team achieve its results. Poynor was honored for her positive attitude, integrity, teamwork and customer focus and commitment to both internal colleagues and customers.

Architectural Promoter of the Year: Mary Aloisio, sales manager, recognized for expanding market impact through her extensive work in educational outreach and AIA presentations.

Manufacturer’s Sales Rep of the Year: Jim Crane (JHC Sales) is known for his integrity, humility and the respect he commands across the entire team. Jim’s strong year-over-year contributions highlight his focus on driving value creation for his customers and the organization.

“Our support teams and regional sales partners are essential to our success,” Marushka added. “Whether it is Dyane’s tireless support in customer service, Mary’s commitment to education or the local expertise provided by Jim, these winners represent the standard of excellence and reliable execution our clients expect from us.”

Display, Industry & Transport (DI&T) Division Honorees

Erika Smythe was named DI&T Salesperson of the Year. Known for her disciplined focus on customer priorities and reliable service, Smythe achieved her highest growth performance of the last four years.

“I am proud of Erika’s hard work and constant focus on her goals,” said Matt Tighe, vice president of sales, DI&T. Her customers appreciate her attentiveness and respect the integrity she shows by always doing exactly what she says she’s going to do. She is already positioned for a successful 2026, and I’m excited to see her keep that momentum going.”

Other DI&T Division Honorees:

DI&T Sales Team Player of the Year: Brook Morris, sales manager, East Region, effectively balanced his territory responsibilities while onboarding new team members The real mark of a leader is keeping a team together and delivering meaningful results even during uncertain times,” noted Tighe. “Brook did exactly that, supporting the group and training new hires without hesitation. He approaches every interaction with a level of humility and respect that has earned him the deep admiration of everyone he works with.”

DI&T Sales Support Player of the Year: Hanna Wells, marketing manager. “Hanna is the engine that keeps our team running,” said Tighe. “Her exceptional work ethic ensures our sales team has the tools they need to be successful. She embodies the spirit of teamwork , continuous improvement and integrity that we value.”
