In Switzerland’s largest timber housing estate, the sue&til development features 300 residential apartments on an area of over 570,000 square feet. The massive development was the collaborative effort of Weberbrunner Architekten and Soppelsa Architects, both firms are out of Zürich. Sitting in Winterthur, a city just Northeast of the country’s capital of Zürich, the development was built within the stringent guidelines of the 2000-watt society.

The developers at Alexandria Real Estate Equities spearheaded the headquarters for Juno Therapeutics at 400 Dexter in South Lake Union in Seattle. The captivating exterior features a combination of glass, aluminum composite and pre-patinated copper. Designed by architects CollinsWoerman, the building sits on the site of three demolished one-story facades to make way for the 12-story office structure.
