Architects Design Striking Mixed Use Residential Building In Sought After New Jersey Neighborhood

In Downtown Jersey City sits the area’s latest luxury apartment complex, the Quinn. The 16-story building, in the Paulus Hook neighborhood, sits on the Hudson River waterfront. The project’s developer, Fields Development Group, is also responsible for another luxury complex in Paulus Hook, the Lenox. Sitting across from the Lenox, the Quinn features over 150 residential units with nearly 4,000 feet of ground level retail space.

German Headquarters Showcases Company’s Commitment To Innovation With Ultra Modern Design

The FAM head office in Magdeburg, Germany employs an aluminum composite and glass façade. The curvaceous exterior was achieved with the use of Alucobond A2 material in Sunrise Silver Metallic and Sky Blue finishes. The headquarters was designed by pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG of Stuttgart to showcase the company’s corporate branding, as well as a commitment towards an innovative future.

Vancouver Residential Tower Boasts Dimensional Facade With ALUCOBOND PLUS

Aquilini Centre South by FRANCL Architecture adds much needed contemporary residential space in Vancouver, BC. On the redeveloped site of the Rogers Arena, the tower boasts a sustainable design that offers a variety of enhancements for the city. The building not only boosts the area’s sports and entertainment district but also helps mitigate neighborhood traffic.

Largest Timber Housing Estate In Switzerland Uses An Anodized Alucobond Aluminum Shell

In Switzerland’s largest timber housing estate, the sue&til development features 300 residential apartments on an area of over 570,000 square feet. The massive development was the collaborative effort of Weberbrunner Architekten and Soppelsa Architects, both firms are out of Zürich. Sitting in Winterthur, a city just Northeast of the country’s capital of Zürich, the development was built within the stringent guidelines of the 2000-watt society.

Opened in May of 2018, City Centre 2 is the latest envisioned component of Lark Group’s Health and Technology District. The 185,000 square foot LEED Gold building sits just north of Surrey Memorial Hospital and is part of the rapidly growing health and technology sector in B.C.
